In this training, we are going to use the helium 10 extension to check out different reviews of a product. So we can find out the exact language our ideal customers are using. So we can tailor that into our content.

And we’re also going to see what they like and dislike about the product. So we can make better versions of the product. So let’s look into the four hour workweek, because it’s a popular book here, and I’m going to grab the helium 10, Chrome extension, you can get access to this for free, and then review insights. Now, I can do all sorts of different sorting here, I can select within that date range, since this book has been out for quite a while, I’m just going to grab for the past month, or maybe I’ll go longer than that, I’ll go from the beginning of the year here. Till when I’m recording this, and I’m going to extract the reviews, just because I would imagine there’s quite a few. So there’s a lot.

So it has quite a few reviews. And it’s going through 1000s of them right now. And it’s going to grab the top ones that are recent. And looks like we have 81 reviews that are recent. And here. So I can look and see like, here’s a, you know, a one star review saying that it’s, you know, useless, they didn’t like it. So this would give me some ideas of what people didn’t like about this book, and how I could factor in those pain points to make a product better, I can look at like the four and five star reviews and see what people like and the different words that they’re using. Because that can come up with some really good information to make my content better. You know, here’s some other one star and two star reviews.

That’s It’s really good. These are all recent. So it tells you what people dislike, I can look at the questions, I guess there’s no questions that have been posted recently. Here’s some review analysis. So here, you get kind of common phrases that are showing up. So this is a really quick way to figure out what your ideal customers are saying about a product.

And you can factor those phrases into your content. Now I could take these reviews, I’m going to export them, I should do a spreadsheet here. And so here’s a spreadsheet. And it’s going to give me all that information. So I could do more data analysis myself, you know, maybe using a program like R or making something with Python, and really going through this data and and applying some data science to it. But that is a rather advanced topic.

And we’re not going to cover that today. So I hope you find this information useful. I think it’s going to help you make really good content with Jarvis.ai. Because you’re going to factor in exactly what your customers want. And you’re going to be able to tailor made, make the content that you’re making for your ideal client and overcome their objections, so they’re more likely to engage with your content.
